Hi, I’m Lydia—a yoga teacher, traveller, and adventure enthusiast with a passion for helping others reconnect with themselves through movement and mindfulness.

My yoga journey began during a difficult chapter in my life when I was struggling with anxiety. Breathwork, meditation, and movement became my anchors—tools that helped me find balance, regain control, and rediscover joy. What started as a personal practice to manage stress quickly evolved into a way of life and a deep passion to share yoga’s transformative power with others.

In 2023, I took a leap of faith and left the corporate world to fully embrace my love for yoga and travel. Combining my two greatest passions—adventure and mindfulness—I now host retreats that blend yoga, wellness, and exploration, creating experiences that nurture both the body and soul.

With 500 hours of teacher training under my belt—completed in London and Kerala, India—I’ve not only deepened my knowledge of yoga’s philosophy but also witnessed its incredible ability to bring strength, balance, and peace into everyday life.

Beyond yoga, I’m energised by the thrill of adventure. Whether it’s hiking, surfing, or discovering something completely new, I find inspiration in staying active and connecting with the beauty of nature.

I believe that movement is medicine for the body and stillness is medicine for the mind—and when these two come together, profound transformation takes place. Keeping our bodies moving is essential—not just for how we feel today, but for how we age and maintain strength and mobility throughout life. Equally, stillness is a crucial tool for mental clarity, balance, and overall wellbeing.

My classes blend these two elements seamlessly. I offer a mix of slow, breath-focused flows to build strength and awareness, as well as dynamic, energising sequences to invigorate the body. Every session ends with guided meditation or deep relaxation because yoga is more than just movement—it’s a practice that prepares the mind for stillness and introspection.

My classes are inclusive and accessible to all levels, with modifications and variations so everyone can move in a way that feels good for them. Whether you're looking to flow, build strength, find stillness, or work on something specific in a private session, I create a welcoming space where you can explore and grow at your own pace.
