Meet Lydia

Lydia is a yoga teacher and retreat host, known for her warmth and ever-present smile. She creates spaces for people to reconnect with themselves. Her approach is supportive and authentic, moving away from performance and perfection, and inviting students to slow down, tune in, and move in a way that feels right for them.

She blends dynamic flows with restorative practices, weaving breathwork and meditation to cultivate awareness and presence. With over 550 hours of training in London and India, Lydia draws on a diverse background to offer balanced, thoughtful classes and retreats.

Her retreats extend this philosophy, providing calm spaces to step away from daily life, reconnect with body and mind, and simply be. Whether in class or on retreat, Lydia’s intention is to help people feel grounded, connected, and restored.
