Sintra Sun & Soul Retreat

29 September - 3 October | Portugal

Five days of yoga, ocean, and restoration in Portugal

Imagine waking in a beautiful coastal house, the sound of birds and distant ocean in the air. Days shaped by energising movement, slow coastal living, nourishing food, sauna heat, and saltwater immersion. Evenings soften into restorative practice as the sun fades over one of Europe’s most magical coastlines.

Sintra Sun & Soul is a five-day, four-night retreat designed to bring you back into rhythm, balance energy with rest, and reconnect you to your body through movement, mindfulness, nature, and shared experience.

Set within the UNESCO World Heritage landscape of Sintra, surrounded by dramatic coastline, ancient forests, palaces, and wild natural beauty, this retreat invites you to step out of the pace of everyday life and into something simpler, more spacious, and more grounded.

Across our time together, we move between energising morning flow and deeply restorative evening practice, with time to explore the coastline, rest at the house, and enjoy everything this special place has to offer.

You are welcome to come alone or with friends. These spaces naturally support connection, and many guests leave with new friendships and a shared sense of community.
