Imagine waking to birdsong in a quiet woodland valley, practising yoga beneath the trees, and ending the day beside a fire under the stars.
Into The Wild is a four-day woodland retreat designed to gently slow your nervous system and reconnect you with the rhythms of nature.
It’s an invitation to step away from the constant pace of everyday life and spend a few days immersed in the simplicity of the natural world. To breathe deeper, move more slowly, and remember what it feels like to truly rest.
Across our time together, we’ll settle into a slower rhythm. Mornings will begin with energising flow practices to awaken the body, followed by different breathwork and meditation techniques each day to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and the present moment.
During the day there will be space to explore the woodland surroundings; gentle walks through the trees, moments of quiet meditation in nature, wild swimming in the lake, and time in the wood-fired sauna with cold plunge for that invigorating reset.
As evening arrives, we’ll slow things down with grounding yin practices, giving the body time to soften and the nervous system space to settle. We’ll gather for nourishing meals cooked over the open fire by our private chef, sharing food, stories, and laughter as the day winds down.
You’re very welcome to come on your own or with friends. Retreats often become beautiful spaces for connection, where strangers quickly begin to feel like a small community.
The retreat takes place in a peaceful woodland valley near Bath at an eco-conscious site made up of handcrafted bell tents, yurts, cabins, and shared communal spaces designed to support rest, simplicity, and time close to nature.
Over these four days you’ll have space to move, rest, breathe, and reconnect; returning home feeling steadier, clearer, and more grounded.

A Typical Day on Retreat
While each day will have its own natural rhythm, a day on retreat will look something like this:
Morning
Energising vinyasa flow in the yurt roundhouse
Guided breathwork and meditation
Wholesome breakfast shared together
Daytime
Free time to rest or explore the woodland surroundings
Wild swimming in the lake
Woodland walks and moments of quiet guided meditation in nature
Wood-fired sauna and cold plunge
Optional paddleboarding
Evening
Grounding yin yoga to unwind the body
Dinner cooked over the open fire by our private chef
Relaxing by the fire pit, sharing stories and laughter under the stars
There will also be plenty of space to simply slow down; reading in a hammock, sitting beneath the trees, journaling, or enjoying unstructured time in the peaceful surroundings.
You can move at your own pace, whether that means joining every activity or simply enjoying quiet time in nature.
